We ship all items with Royal Mail & USPS depending on your country. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We ship all orders from our UK & USA factory. 
  • United Kingdom - Within 2-3 business days
  • USA/Canada - Within 2-5 business days
  • Western Europe - Within 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the World - Within 5-20 business days

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER

Please email us: contact@luxesmith.com, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order.

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

Please email our support team:  contact@luxesmith.com to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving it and include a photo. We aim to resolve the issue promptly, so the sooner you act, the quicker we can find a solution. Reporting after 7 days may affect our ability to provide a credit or exchange. Do not return items without prior authorisation from our support team.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH YOUR 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?

Our 30-day return policy covers damaged or faulty products. Notify us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Ensure items are unopened, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase when initiating a return. Email us at contact@luxesmith.com with your order number, name, and reason for the return. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm the refund status. If approved, it will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
