Once your order has processed and moved to shipped, please expect delivery within:

• UK: 2–3 Business Days (express option available)

• United States: 4–7 Business Days

• Australia: 5–8 Business Days

• International: 7–10 Business Days

All orders ship from the UK and are fully tracked. We ship to the USA and Australia using DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) — no import or duty fees for you.

Please allow extra time during busy seasons like Valentine’s Day and Christmas.

At Luxesmith, we stand by the quality of our jewellery with a Lifetime Warranty covering any manufacturing defects or faults from normal wear.

If you experience an issue, simply email a photo and your order number to contact@luxesmith.com — we’ll happily replace your piece. (A small shipping fee applies for replacements.)

Our warranty does not cover lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or third-party–altered items. Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase.
